- Client representation for major real estate initiatives from planning to execution to close-out, in partnership with the clients' appointed suppliers.
- Initiatives include regional cost optimization, surplus, property disposition, business merger & acquisition, business divestitures, etc.

- Designing the governance architecture and structure, reviewing existing relationships with suppliers and mapping the best suited delivery to the client’s needs.
- Ensuring compliance inputting appropriate control measures throughout the transaction management process.

- Design architecture framework of the portfolio planning process.
- Develop actionable master plans with framework.
- Orchestrate the deployment and implementation of the portfolio plan within the corporate, suppliers including communication strategy and key stakeholders’ engagement.

- Client-side representation from concept to execution and realisation of the projects. For example:- a co-location site masterplan, from site selection to capital procurement to project management of the design and build and the final handover to the onsite facilities manager.
- Provide advice / best practice to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance throughout project delivery in line with the corporate’s policies.

- Design, set up facilities management governance structures with right level of performance management measures and service level agreement.
- Provide operation review services to ongoing projects in design phase.
- Transition of facilities management delivery models from one to another, such as from in-sourced model to partially or fully outsourced model.
- Provide and facilitate training and best practice of corporation FM / FM Governance teams.

- Implement methodologies to help corporate understand their needs and gaps analysis.
- Design and develop change management processes & systems (i.e. training, communication strategy for senior leaders, etc) that facilitate the successes of major workplace initiatives.
- Design and develop post change system & process to allow corporate to continue to improvise or monitor the workplace initiatives.

- Represent the client in verbalising their needs, requirements and specifications to the technology provider e.g. software provider, equipment provider etc. This ensures that the provider gives the right product for the right price.
- To work with the software provider in developing effective training / deployment materials for the implementation of such software to the client’s staff and outsourced partners. This includes the reduction of barriers to its implementation.

- Work together with the incoming / outgoing service provider(s) / direct staff in the successful implementation of "NEW" management techniques. This training includes training of the Client’s staff to align their expectations to capabilities and to contractual agreements, and the agreed processes. It also covers the working with stakeholders on their processes to ensure streamlined operations.

- Review the corporate existing outsourced scope and the agreed key performance indicators, providing recommendation on improvement and supplier performance management measures.
- Review existing or create new governance structures to assist the management of outsourced suppliers.
- Design and input right level of control measures to ensure consistency and compliance across the board.
- This can be applicable across Real Estate Transaction Management, Project Management and Facilities Management.

- Management of entire procurement exercise to select best fitted supplier(s) for the corporate in outsourcing transaction management, project management or facilities management services.
- Designing and defining the delivery model and key performance measures suitable for the corporate.

- Provide corporate trainings in areas of corporate real estate management, facilities operation, change management, communication, etc.
- Training curriculums are designed in a way that allow corporate occupiers to relate and easy to implement.
- Customized trainings to meet corporates’ specific needs can be tailored.

- Parachute in an experience ex-CRE to stand in for vacancy in the corporate due to sudden growth in business activities, maternity leave, leave of absence or period of vacancy.
- This will ensure no gaps for delivery of business-as-usual activities and smooth transition back to the corporate at the end of the placement period.

- Executive search and placement for available CRE positions.
- This will be performed in partnership with Executive Chain as the specialised executive search firm in the Asia region.
