Jeanne Wong Jeanne has more than 15 years of experience in corporate real estate management role. She had been responsible for real estate projects throughout Asia and EMEA, including more than US$ 240 million worth of property consolidations and acquisitions in more than 53 countries, executed as part of corporate change programmes. During this time, she has also been responsible for a multitude of initiatives to help corporates improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their property portfolios and CRE teams. Jeanne has co-founded CPA Asia in 2012 (renamed to CRE Advisers in 2014) and missioned to drive simplicity in the management of corporate real estate of clients and allowing them to make good, informed decisions, aligned with their business objectives and goals.

  • Unilever (Global): Led a team to design the architectural framework and organization re-design for workplace strategy and portfolio planning for Unilever globally. Massive landscape assessment to understand the workings among different functions within Unilever to develop a future end-state model.
  • Johnson & Johnson (APAC): Led APAC Portfolio & Transaction Management Bid through a first generation outsourcing. Extensive work around understanding the client's needs and portfolio and developing a delivery model which will meet the business objectives.
  • Honeywell (APAC): Led APAC Portfolio & Transaction Management Bid and proposing necessary changes in delivery model to enhance the performance of the team and account.

Brian Chua Brian Chua is an experienced facility and project manager with a proven record for leading teams to deliver a range of fit out and construction projects across ASIA and EMEA regions. Brian has worked client side for more than 15 years with responsibility for delivering both fast track and regular scheduled projects, spanning different scale and budget sizes. He has extensive experience of translating operational needs into practical project deliverables to achieve wider business objectives. In recent times, Brian has also dedicated effort into considering environmental and sustainability requirements.

Recent Assignments

  • Unilever SEAA: Regional Center of Excellence, providing Real Estate transaction governance and Commercial office Project delivery.  Led key transaction projects, including technical due diligence, that involves sale and lease back opportunities, asset acquisitions and disposal.  Led key fit out project delivery (eg. Myanmar office relocation) providing end to end service from lease acquisition to fit out and handover to site operations.  Managed total capital budget of acra EUR 55mil.
     
  • P&G SGIC Singapore: Part of project team delivering a greenfield 6-storey, 440,000sqft, R&D building (Greenmark Gold and Leed Silver status). Responsible for Office area fit out deliverables, from user requirements to handover to Ops. This includes working with architects on design intent and site deliverables, technical consultants on lighting, sound, M&E and C&S areas.

  • P&G SGO Singapore: Led P&G project team in Technical Due Diligence phase, followed by Basis of Design phase of a 220,000sqft. Commercial office fit out project. This includes working and coordinating with leasing, finance, HR, IT, external architects and other consultants.

  • P&G Shanghai: Programme Management (end-to-end project management) of Shanghai fast-track (6 months) relocation project for 50,000sqft office interior fit out project.

Brian Chua Serge is an experienced design and project manager with a proven record for leading teams to deliver large and complex projects across ASIA and EMEA regions. Serge has worked client-side for more than 15 years with responsibility for overseeing capital spending through outsourced vendors, as well as delivering large projects. As Global Architect of Procter & Gamble, Serge developed extensive experience of translating operational needs into practical project deliverables to achieve wider business objectives.

  • IOT Projects in China: Project Director, led a team of consultants, including Architect, Engineering, Design Institute, through overall design process IOT mixed development project with a total building area of ~240,000sqm spread across 10 buildings.
  • P&G Singapore Innovation Center: Design Manager, delivering a greenfield 6-storey, 440,000 sq ft, R&D building (Greenmark Gold and Leed Silver status). Responsible for leading the design and construction of the research center, which is the first building worldwide to express the P&G brand. This included all aspects of design and technical solutions, managing a multinational team of designers and engineering companies.
  • P&G SGO Singapore: Led P&G project team through design and construction of a 220,000 sq ft. Commercial office fit out project. This includes working and coordinating with internal HR and finance teams as well as external designers and construction companies.
  • P&G Shanghai: Program and Design Management of the Shanghai fast-track (6 months) relocation project for 50,000 sq ft office interior fit out project.
  • P&G Beijing Innovation Center: Program Manager, delivering a greenfield 5 storey, 350,000 sq ft R&D building.
  • P&G Manila: Program and Design Management of the Manila GO Relocation and Fit Out project.
  • P&G Japan HQ & Innovation Center: Program and Design Management of the KIC Relocation and Fit Out project.
  • P&G Projects Asia / EMEA: Governance on Capital projects delivered through outsourced vendor. Responsibility to ensure capital effectiveness, risk and execution planning. This included projects in India, Indonesia, Japan, China, Philippines, Vietnam, etc.

Jeffrey Budimulia A Certified Facility Manager with 20+ years of experience in the area of Facilities Management in a manufacturing, service provider and in the area of consultancy and training. Jeff brings with him extensive Asia Pacific experience responsible for the Facilities Management service level performance and the revenue generated. Jeff has 10 years of physically being based in Beijing China. Jeff has wide range of experience in Projects, Environmental, Safety, Facilities Operations and Maintenance Services and have strong passion in developing people, sharing experiences, problem solving and implementing processes successfully. Worked within Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Offices and Education industries. The strong use of process tools allows one to measure performance and make appropriate decisions for successful implementation.

  • Johnson Controls: Responsible for the managing of a business worth about $20M in Asia Pacific responsible for its growth and client satisfaction in the provision of outsourced Facilities Services in 12 countries in Asia Pacific as part of a global contract. Total area responsible (37 sites) was 400,000 sqm.
  • International School of Beijing: Responsible for the Facilities Management, Project Management, Food Services, Transportation, Copy Centre and Mail Management for a 100,000 sqm area (~1900 students). Achievements include institutionalised Process and Procedures for Facilities Management; manage US$6m of projects modernising the school in a very short period; institutionalised Service Contracts with Key Performance Indicators; cost savings of 20% to 40% in the area of utilities and contracts.
  • The OCB Network: Trained workshop participants in Facilities Management and Crisis Management in Malaysia and Singapore through specially organised seminars and workshops. Achievements include: Provided EHS and Facilities Management training and presentations in seminars; Workshop leader in Crisis Management, Facilities Management seminars; Workshop facilitator for Facilities Management Outsourcing.

Jolyn Pek Jolyn is a building project management consultant, with diverse professional background in business and brand consulting. She is responsible for building project management and leading workplace programs in Asia including projects in APAC and a strong expertise in China.

She works to provide end-to-end program management, from determining real estate strategy, design & developing workplace change management, and manages communication strategies & processes across the organizational hierarchy. Her work includes managing property consolidations and acquisitions, workplace optimization & expansion.

With 15 years of consulting experience, and 10 years living in China, Jolyn's expertise in client representation and stakeholder management has also enabled effective communication strategies and internal processes in complex corporate landscapes.

Her expertise in navigating the Chinese landscape has been a valuable asset to client projects. She helps building owners and government entities to build cities and buildings efficiently and effectively, overcome project complexities from pre-planning to implementation, with repeated successes in optimizing land use, space planning, and reducing project timeline. She also has a track record in helping clients with costs avoidance through value engineering and costs optimization.

Jolyn currently leads regional teams in China and Southeast Asia for corporate and healthcare projects driven by precast, BIM and smart-enabled technologies.
