Interim Strategic Planning & Real Estate Manager - APAC

Commercial Imperative Deutsche Bank required interim (maternity) cover for their Real Estate manager during a time in which team changes within the incumbent service provider were set to take place. The immediate need to have an experienced manager to fill the gap became pressing.

Our Role We fulfilled the role of the regional Real Estate Manager which included management of the outsourced transaction management team, overseeing delivery of regional business cases and liaising with Business Units on strategy planning.   In addition, we performed an operational review of the CRE sub-regional (India) Real Estate delivery model and provided recommendations for improvement.

The Result We took on more than the existing role of Real Estate Manager to include more strategic planning with the business units as well as being the constant during the few changes in the team of the current partner in transaction management during the course of the 6 months.
