Unilever has recently placed more emphasis on overall end to end planning of its workplace strategies and solutions. Rapid growth and a changing Real Estate strategy identified a need to refresh the organisation’s planning processes and associated internal stakeholder engagement. Consequently, we were invited to develop the first generation of Global Real Estate strategy & planning cookbook for Unilever.
Our Role
We led the discovery phase to understand the current approaches, landscape, challenges and lessons learnt. We engaged with all the key partners and internal workplace teams extensively to understand their expectations. Through this process, we designed performance measures templates, engagement templates and suggestions on how data mining should be conducted.
The Result
Following a robust and effective exercise, we have successfully developed the first Unilever Global Real Estate Strategy & Planning Cookbook which has earned a lot of excitement internally and the plan for deployment into the different regions will be scheduled in the latter part of 2014.
