Commercial Imperative
J&J has always been using different suppliers for different real estate transaction across APAC and there is little consistency and processed approach across the board. The new CRE team aims to generate value, create leverage, consistency and efficiency in the sourcing and delivering of real estate solutions for J&J for the APAC region. We have been requested to lead the effort of this first-generation outsourcing effort for J&J.
Our Role
With little data available, We led the discovery phase to collect the data required for the RFP and to define the delivery model optimal for J&J. We engaged a consistent and robust selection process and appointed a preferred supplier for J&J in APAC region. Through the entire process, we introduced many templates and performance measure processes to assist the first generation account to get up to speed quickly.
The Result
Following a robust and effective exercise, Jones Lang LaSalle was selected as the preferred supplier in APAC with emphasis on resources focused on transition and portfolio management with a set of robust performance measures in line with J&J’s enterprise objectives. We continued to offer advisory over the transition period, ensuring smooth handover and implementation.
